Information on the processing of personal data

in accordance with Articles 13(1) and (2) and 14(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

  1. In connection with the entry into force of new regulations on the protection of personal data - Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, referred to as GDPR, as the controller of personal data - W-IREX Przedsiębiorstwo Prywatne Wiesław Ciura we inform that we process the following personal data of yours: first name, last name, e-mail address, while the personal data of your representatives, including employees, will be processed to the following extent: first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address.
  2. These data are obtained in connection with the establishment of contact with the Administrator through the contact form on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the processing of data is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator. The legally justified interest is the performance of business activities by the Company, in particular offering products and services, as well as asserting claims related to the conducted business activities and undertaking any activities related to the Administrator's business activities. The data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

    At the moment of acceptance of the offer and conclusion of the contract, the data shall be processed within the following scope: first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, NIP, PESEL (Personal Identification Number), while the personal data of your representatives, including employees, shall be processed within the following scope: first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address.
  3. Data we have received directly from you or your representatives or employees and other cooperating entities.
  4. Your data will not be disclosed to any recipients of data within the meaning of Article 4 (9) of the General Data Protection Regulation, except for entities related or cooperating with the Administrator and obliged by it to keep any information concerning personal data confidential and process it in accordance with the requirements set out by the GDPR, also on the basis of concluded appropriate agreements on the entrustment of personal data processing.
  5. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract, business cooperation or until the expiration of mutual claims arising from the contract with the Administrator. Personal data marked on invoices and other purchase documents will be stored for a period corresponding to the provisions of tax law. Other data will be stored for the period of use of electronic mail, ensuring the periodic deletion of messages and attachments.
  6. You have the right to access and rectify your data, and in the case of cessation of the purpose for which they were processed the right to delete them, limit processing, as well as to cease processing and the right to object. If you have given your consent to data processing, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority indicated by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  7. The provision of personal data by you is voluntary and results from the concluded contract and the conducted economic cooperation, and the consequence of failing to provide data may be partial or complete inability to perform the contract or to continue economic cooperation by the Administrator.
  8. The personal data you provide are not used to make decisions in an automated manner on the basis of personal data processed by the Administrator in the performance of the contract.
