The data Administrator is W-IREX Przedsiębiorstwo Prywatne Wiesław Ciura, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator, who also manages the www.wirex.pl website. What data do we collect?

  1. Data necessary to respond to inquiries sent in the contact form, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address.
  2. The Administrator may process the data contained in cookies when visitors use the website for the following purposes: customizing the content of the website and shopping platforms to the individual preferences of website visitors (e.g. as regards colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the website and keeping anonymous statistics showing how the website is used (Google Analytics). Google Analytics provides the website administrator with statistical results of visits, however, for this purpose it collects personal data:

The data necessary for the completion of the transaction after the purchase of the product offered: name, telephone, e-mail, address data, data of the recipient of the goods - only at the time of purchase, so you will receive appropriate information about the processing of your personal data.
     

For what purpose and on what legal basis are personal data processed?
 

  1. Customer data and personal data of persons using the customer's website for the purpose of fulfilling the contract - Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
  2. To answer a question sent via the contact form on the Website - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - where the legitimate interest is to maintain the relationship with the customer. Data is processed until the correspondence with the customer is completed.
  3. To conduct marketing activities of our own products and services with the use of means of electronic communication - on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where the legally justified purpose is to conduct marketing activities to promote the business conducted, until an objection is raised.
  4. For statistical purposes on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where the legitimate purpose is to have information about the statistics of our activities which allows us to improve our business, until we have another legal basis for processing - in the event that the basis is lost, the data is anonymized.


To whom are personal data transferred?

Personal data may be transferred to entities or bodies authorized by law, entities or bodies to which data transfer is necessary for the performance of a particular activity. The Administrator may also entrust data to other entities that support the company's operations, e.g. accounting, legal, HR, insurance, hosting, companies providing IT services to the Administrator, portals through which you make payments and courier companies that deliver goods.

Is there an obligation to provide personal data?

Providing personal data is voluntary, except when the law obliges to provide it, e.g. tax law, accounting regulations or when providing such data is necessary for the Administrator to provide the ordered services.

What are the rights in the scope of personal data processing?

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to correct them if they are inconsistent with the actual state, as well as the right to demand their deletion or restriction of their processing.

You may also exercise the right to object to further processing of your personal data, e.g. for direct marketing purposes.

If a data subject considers that the processing of his/her data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract, business cooperation or until the expiration of mutual claims arising from the contract with us - 6 years from the date of completion of performance of the contract or delivery of the product, until the end of the calendar year in which the aforementioned period expires.

Personal data marked on invoices and other purchase documents will be stored for a period corresponding to the Polish tax law (5 years).

Other data will be stored for the period of use of electronic mail with periodic deletion of messages and attachments (e.g. submitted inquiries via the contact form).

Other information

The Administrator does not process data in an automated way (including in the form of profiling).

Data collected by the website is protected by safeguards implemented and processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Natural Persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and executive acts to the Regulation and the applicable Polish law.
