Operating principle of the OL.D 201 M

The material to be pressed is loaded into the mini silo. It is fed into the press by a cone-shaped auger, which introduces the material directly into the mechanical compacting chamber. The material is first compressed by a pre-compacting piston then the ejector piston pushes it through the extruder that is held tight by the piston clamp. Thanks to the friction generated by the pressure of the piston clamp, the material undergoes final compression, producing the briquette.

Construction features of the OL.D 201 M press

The OLD 201 M press comprises:
1 load-bearing base frame for the oil tank of the control unit;
1 pump motor group placed inside the front section at the bottom;
1 mechanical press consisting of a pre-compacting piston, ejector piston, compression head, extruder and piston clamp;
1 mini silo Ø 1500 with element H1000;
1 hopper with feeding screw;
1 air-oil exchanger;
1 electric control panel. Three-phase line power supply 380V-50Hz;
1 briquette breaker.
